Transportation in the city of Patras.

To reach your hotel from the coach station or railway station in Patras one can use a taxi. The price is around 6 euro for the hotels which are near the Symposium Site. The hotels that are in the centre of Patras are only 5-10 minutes walk from the Railway Station and the Coach Station. For your transportation from your hotels to the Symposium Site and vice versa, and also for the various social events during the Symposium, there will be coaches the prices for which are included in the registration fee. If you want to come alone at the Symposium Site you can take a bus. The bus number is 6, but it should also have a label indicating that it goes to the University. Services of this bus run every 10 minutes.

You can also take a taxi (around 3-5 euros for those coming from the centre of Patras and 2-4 euros

for those coming from the hotels in Rio ).
