Registration fees

The following fees are applicable for the Conference:

· Participants: 240 Euro.

· Students (under formal verification): 120 Euro.

· Accompanying person: 90 Euro.

After March 31, 2002, all participants and their companions must pay an additional fee of 30 Euro for late registration.

Participant's and student's fee include:

· Admission to the Conference.

· Conference documents.

· Book of Abstracts.

· Conference Proceedings.

· Welcome dinner.

· Traditional dinner

· Official reception.

· Guided visit to ancient Delphi, together with lunch and dinner at private restaurants during that day.

· Lunches from 1 July to 5 July.

· Transportation from the hotels to the Conference Site and vice versa.

· Transportation from the hotels to the sites of the social events.

Accompanying person's fee include:

· Welcome drink.

· Official reception.

· Guided visit to ancient Delphi, together with lunch and dinner at private restaurants during that day.

· Transportation from the hotels to the sites of the social events.

Those people whose registration fee does not include the meals at the private restaurant "Parc de la Paix", can buy tickets for meal there at a cost of around 6 euros per person from the registration/information desk.

This is a special offer that we have achieved for the participants of the Symposium and their companions.

Those of the participants that have already paid the registration fee, please remember to have with you the copy of the corresponding bank receipt.

Cancellations should be made to the local organising committee in writing. The following rules will apply:

· cancellation received before April 30, 2002: 80% refund

· cancellation received before May 30, 2002: 50% refund

· cancellation received after May 30, 2002: no refund.
