Accommodation

 

All participants will be lodged in rooms at some of the hotels of Patras, which are near the Conference Site or in the centre of Patras. In the attached registration form, please put the hotels in order of preference starting from the hotel you prefer most. Also in the registration form you should indicate what kind of room you want and if you want to share your room with someone else. Because the number of rooms of each hotel available is restricted, we will book your rooms strictly by the order of response to this second announcement. The accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel. Together with the third announcement, which will be sent only to those who register for the Conference, we will inform every participant about the hotel at which he / she will stay during the Conference.

     Those participants who would like to be lodged differently should contact other hotels by themselves.
