The proceedings of the Conference will be published as a special issue of the journal
Based
on the referees and his own judgment, the Responsible Editor will decide upon
either acceptance or non - acceptance of the manuscript of the contributed
paper. Eventually, the Responsible Editor can also ask the author(s) to make a
revised version of the paper.
IMPORTANT: Submitted papers must be received before 30 September, 2002.
